All new applicants and visitors to the HR website will be directed to use the on-line system.
  • UA departments who are not part of the volunteer pilot group, will process paper Recruitment Forms and complete the HR on-line job posting format as usual. HR employment advisors will upload the recruitment and job posting information into the Career Track System.
  • HR will forward applications/resumes received through UA Career Track to department contacts via email after the job close or review date. Applications and resumes are sent as a single file and may be easily downloaded and printed for department review. A candidate referral list will also be included.
  • During the months of February and March, on-line instructions and tutorials and hands-on instruction classes will be available to business and administrative personnel involved with recruitment and employment activities. Department may begin using the on-line job requisition and job posting features of Career Track as soon as departmental representatives are familiarized with the system.
