If you are satisfied with your present medical, dental, vision, life insurance and short-term disability elections, you do not need to take any action; your current benefits will continue through September 2007. However, there have been enhancements to the UnumProvident
Short-Term Disability and Aetna Life Insurance plans for the coming year. Look for further
details in the Open Enrollment Packet coming in August.

During Open Enrollment, you may enroll, drop or change:
- Health insurance providers (including Medical, Dental, and Vision)
- Life Insurance coverage (both Supplemental Life and Dependent Life)
- Short-Term Disability coverage
- Dependent covered on your plans
Changes made during Open Enrollment become effective October 1, 2006
Open Enrollment for 2007 Flexible Spending Account participation will be held during November 2006.
