  7. Open Enrollment System Questions and Answers

  8. Will the system automatically time me out due to inactivity?
Yes, this is a security feature for all Employee Link screens and only activates if you have no activity in the system for at least 10 minutes by default. You may change the length of your "Session Timeout" feature by clicking on the "Preferences" button on Employee Link.

  9. Why can I only save my information at the end of the enrollment process?
This is necessary to ensure the integrity of your enrollment record.

  10. Can I re-enter the system and change information I have already saved?
Yes, you may re-enter the system to make changes or additions as many times as you need to between August 13 and September 10.

  11. Why is the “back” function limited within the system?
The system is structured so that elections you make in earlier parts of the enrollment process affect information on screens toward the end of the process. It also minimizes the number of screens you are required to visit and generally allows you to select only those screens that interest you. In addition, the design of Employee Link typically limits the "back" function to ensure data security and integrity.

  12. Is the enrollment system available 24 hours a day?
During the open enrollment period, the enrollment system will be unavailable between 6-7pm for nightly maintenance.
