Benefits Open Enrollment for the 2008-2009 plan year begins on Monday, August 11
at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 5. Plan and enrollment changes are
effective on October 1, 2008.

EMPLOYEES MUST MAKE BENEFITS ELECTIONS IN ORDER TO CONTINUE BENEFITS
AFTER OCTOBER 1.
During this enrollment period, benefits-eligible employees may enroll, cancel,
or change elections for medical, dental, vision, supplemental life, and short-term
disability coverages. Benefits Open Enrollment materials will be mailed to your
home address beginning the first full week of August. There are many significant
changes this year, including expanded dependent eligibility and medical network
and dental insurer changes, so please read these materials carefully. Premium
information will be included in these materials.
Benefits Open Enrollment information will be mailed to benefits-eligible employees at their home address on record in Employee Link.

- Log in to Employee Link with your UA NetID and password
- Select "Online Services"
- Select "Update Employee Address"
- Enter, save and confirm changes

Flexible Spending Account Open Enrollment for 2009 participation will be held separately at a later date.
