Total Rewards Statement

During the last few months, many of you have expressed interest in better understanding the University's financial picture and operations. During open forums and other venues questions have been raised about employee related expenditure rates, salary competitiveness and related issues. The true costs of health insurance, retirement plans and other benefit programs are an area of special concern. In an effort to be responsive to requests for more information, CCIT and Human Resources have collaborated to develop a "Total Rewards Statement" for each benefits-eligible employee.
The Total Rewards Statement provides a personalized snapshot of the value of all forms of compensation - salary, insurance benefits, retirement plans and other employment-related programs. The statement details the portion you pay as an employee and the portion supported by University dollars and is designed to express the total investment you and the University make in your employee benefits.
Viewing your Total Rewards Statement is quite simple:
Go to the Employee Link webpage at: https://emplink.arizona.edu
Log in with your UA NetID and password
Select "Benefits/Total Rewards," and then "View Total Rewards Statement."
The development of a Total Rewards Statement is one of many information strategies we will be employing this year to better communicate financial trends influencing the University of Arizona.
