You are being placed on investigative leave with pay for up to five (5) working days, in accordance with Classified Staff Policy #403.0, pending our investigation into the events of . This leave may be extended if necessary.

During the leave, you must call in each business day at and speak directly to at in order to receive paid leave. When you call, you will be updated on the status of our investigation and receive any additional expectations or instructions. While on paid leave, you must remain available during normal work hours to come to the workplace for any scheduled meetings. You must not come to , or have contact with any employees unless you have received advanced permission from me. Upon completion of the investigation you may be allowed to return to work without penalty, placed on disciplinary suspension, discharged or subject to more moderate disciplinary action as deemed appropriate to the circumstances. If you have any questions concerning this leave, please let me know when you place your daily call-in to me.
