Optional Retirement Plan (ORP)

The Arizona Board of Regents Optional Retirement Plan is a defined contribution plan qualified under Internal Revenue Code 401(a). It is available to eligible faculty, administrators, and academic and service professionals. Use these websites to research the approved ORP investment companies and to obtain up-to-date investment fund information. When you have made your decision about which retirement plan and investment company and investment funds to select, please proceed to Retirement Plan Enrollment to make your retirement plan election and establish an account with your selected investment company.



Schedule an individual on-campus visit with investment company representatives.

Changing Between ORP Investment Companies - Change between authorized investment companies, which is allowed once a year. ORP Change of Election Form.
