Optional Retirement Plan (ORP) Enrollment

Enrollment in the Optional Retirement Plan (ORP) is completed through Employee Link.

Employee Link is a password protected service that allows University of Arizona employees to not only enroll in their ORP, but also to access personal and employment information.

To log into Employee Link, you will need to have a UA Net ID and password. Your UA Net ID is your personal identifier for a number of online services at The University of Arizona. For information on how to obtain a UA Net ID and password, please see your business manager.

In addition to the UA Net ID and password, you will also need the name of your chosen ORP vendor and their access code:

If you have your UA Net ID account information and the access code for the vendor of your choice, then you are ready to log in to Employee Link.

Once you log in to Employee Link, please select "ORP Enrollment" on the left side of the screen.

If you are now ready to enroll, click "continue" below.
