Retirement Plan Enrollment

The following information and Retirement Plan Enrollment is restricted to employees who are:

  • in a retirement eligible appointed position (Faculty, Administrators, Academic and Service Professionals), and
  • have been notified of eligibility for the Optional Retirement Plan, and
  • are within their 30-day election period and have not made a retirement plan election.

Employees who do not meet the criteria outlined above are ineligible to use this retirement plan enrollment site. Please contact The University of Arizona Human Resources office with questions about retirement plan eligibility.

Electing a Retirement Plan

Step 1. Have you considered your retirement plan options? Employees who are eligible to enroll in the ORP may choose from two retirement plan options: Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS) or Optional Retirement Plan (ORP).
 
Step 2. Select a Retirement Plan (ASRS or ORP). Remember, your selection is irrevocable and permanent for the duration of your continuous employment within the Arizona University System. "Click" on your retirement plan selection below:
