Retirement Plans and Information

The University offers to its appointed personnel and staff employees retirement programs that include employee and employer contributions. Participation is mandatory if the employment is for 20 hours per week or more and for more than 20 weeks. FICA exempt employees and employees in a medical residency program are exempt from participation.
