Angelika has over 15 years of experience in Training, Teaching, Career Counseling and Human Resources. Angelika received a B.S.B.A. degree in Human Resources and a B.A. degree in Spanish from the University of Arizona. She obtained an MBA with majors in International Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Career Development from the University of Houston. She is a certified Career Coach. Angelika has international work experience and speaks German and Spanish.

Dave has over 20 years experience in Human Resources, Organizational Consulting and Employee Assistance. He has worked as a Classification Analyst, Management Consultant, Training and Account Services Manager, and as an EAP Counselor for state government, higher education and in private consulting. He holds a B.S. Degree in Psychology from Loyola University of Chicago and an M.A. in Psychology from National Louis University.

Charles has over 20 years experience in Organization Development and Human Resource Management. His background has included roles as a Vice President, HR Consultant, Educator, Facilitator, Project and Team Leader in the United States, Canada, and Latin America. Charles holds a B.A. degree from St. Mary’s College of Maryland in Social Science. He gained a M. A. degree in Management from Sonoma State University where he specialized in Organization Development. He holds certification from the Society for Human Resource Management as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Pam has over 15 years as a Manager and Human Resources Professional and has held a variety of positions in both the private and public sectors. During her seven years in HR at The University of Arizona Pam has led and/or participated in a number of key projects to enhance the accessibility and quality of HR information and programs. She provides advising and coaching to UA employees at AHSC on a wide range of issues including policy interpretation, job satisfaction, benefits, leave management, retirement and The University of Arizona Career Track System.
