SSS Program Summary:
    The Successful Supervisor Series is a program of management essentials designed to help both new and experienced supervisors of classified and appointed personnel understand and use University human resources policies and procedures. The program consists of six modules from 60 to 90 minutes in length — perfect for busy people! Modules focus on the five critical activities of good management practice — coaching, disciplinary action, planning and organizing, staffing and managing complaints. The short initial module covers critical concepts of the rights of management.

    The Successful Supervisor Series is offered once during the Summer semester at The Center for Professional Development.
