- Signed Notice of Appointment and Reappointment
- Personnel Action Forms
- Performance Reviews
- Supplemental Compensation forms
Retention: Up to 8 years beyond employee termination date
Departmental "Working" File may contain:
- Duplicate copies of personnel file contents
- Training certificates
- Thank you notes
- Performance Reviews
