Compensation and Benefits Analysis
Researches and recommends enhancements/updates to benefits programs and compensation and reward systems, including:
- salary programs
- job classification systems
- health/welfare insurance, flexible spending account, and standard and voluntary supplemental retirement plans
- financial education
