
Benefits Open Enrollment for 2013 - Home
BEGINS: October 22, 2012 at 8:00 a.m.
ENDS: November 16, 2012 at 5:00 p.m.
Dental coverage WILL NOT automatically carry over in the 2013 plan year. If you do not re-enroll during Open Enrollment, you will not have dental coverage in 2013.
ACTION IS REQUIRED DURING OPEN ENROLLMENT IF:
- You wish to have dental coverage in 2013.
- You wish to enroll, cancel or change coverage elections for medical, dental, vision, supplemental life, short-term disability and flexible spending.
- You wish to participate in the Healthcare Flexible Spending Account or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account for 2013. Flexible Spending Account elections do not carry over from year to year.
Medical, Vision, Short Term Disability, and Supplemental Life Insurance elections will automatically carry over into the 2013 plan year if you do not take action during Open Enrollment. Dental elections and flexible spending account elections will not automatically carry over into 2013.
All changes will be effective January 1, 2013 for the January 1 - December 31, 2013 plan year.
