    Disability Resources

Disability is an aspect of diversity that is integral to our society and to the University of Arizona campus community. The Disability Resource Center (DRC) collaborates with HR and other University departments to create a campus environment that is accessible, equitable, and inclusive. In the workplace, the DRC consults with employees and supervisors on potential solutions, such as reasonable accommodations or changes to the environment that facilitate better access. DRC also offers Sign Language interpreting, Communication-Access Real-Time writing (CART), alternative print formats, captioning, assistive technology, an adaptive fitness center, and one of the largest adaptive athletics programs in the country.
