    Career Advising

    What do I want?

The career development process begins with this simple question.

To answer this question we begin with a career assessment. We help you assess and define the interests, skills, preferences, and values that form the foundation of your plan.

After the assessment process and with consideration to past work experiences and performance and your current skills and competencies, we help you explore options and set goals for the future. Research shows that people who develop a career plan and set goals are more likely to succeed than those who don’t.

What am I willing to do to get there?

The creation of a developmental plan will define what you are willing to do to achieve your goals.

A variety of web resources are available to facilitate your journey into self discovery and exploration. We also offer training and workshops to support your career growth and development.
