Career Success Strategies Workshops

These stand alone, compact and information-rich workshops are designed for UA employees interested in resources and strategies that will help them effectively manage their careers. Topics include improving communication on the job, career enrichment, job search skills, and career transition tactics. These “lunch and learn” workshops range from one to two hours in length during the lunch hour and are facilitated by the Employee & Career Advising team.

Center for Professional Development
The Center for Professional Development with Human Resources offers three certificate programs with varying curriculum. The University Leadership Institute (ULI) is designed for managers and supervisors. The Supervisor Success Series (SSS) is a program of management essentials designed to help both new and experienced supervisors. The Professional Success Institute (PSI) is designed to assist individual contributors who do not supervise increase and improve job-related competencies and skills. Qualified Tuition Reduction Program (QTR)
