Selecting & Enrolling in Your Benefits

New Employees

  • On-line Benefits Enrollment 
    • Log into UAccess Employee at https://uaccess.arizona.edu/
    • Enter your UANetID and password
    • Click on Employee/Manager Self Service
    • Go to the Self Service link in the left-hand menu
    • Go to the Benefits link
    • Go to the Benefits Enrollment Link

Current Employees

  • View Current Benefits
    • Log into UAccess Employee at https://uaccess.arizona.edu/
    • Enter your UANetID and password
    • Click on Employee/Manager Self Service
    • Go to the Self Service link in the left-hand menu
    • Go to the Benefits link
    • Go to the Benefits Summary

Before you select and enroll in your benefit plans, consider the following important information:

  • Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and Flexible Spending Account coverage will be effective the first day of the pay period after your enrollment is completed.
  • Employees have 31 days from date of hire (or date of new benefits-eligibility) to enroll in the voluntary benefit plans.
