    Furlough Information for Department Time Coordinators

    Department Time Coordinators should have an understanding of how furloughs will be accomplished in the unit so that he or she may help supervisors and managers track furlough time taken. Supervisors/Managers are expected to work with their department business manager/time coordinator to track furlough time by providing them a copy of each employee’s furlough plan and updates to the plans.
     
    Tracking Furlough Time Taken
    The Department Time Coordinator may assist the Business Manager, supervisors and managers in tracking furlough activity. Furlough Activity reports organized by person, by account, by department and by college will be available in UAccess Analytics.
