Management in Action Program

Designed exclusively for those in management roles, the Management in Action Program is intended for those who have acquired and demonstrated the basic knowledge, skills, and abilities of successful managers either through experience and/or completion of professional development offerings. This Program prepares managers to become more strategic in their leadership, more effective at achieving results through others, and more successful at creating a culture that attracts and retains the very best people.

This Program consists of eight sessions and will require in-person attendance over the course of the Program. Participants must commit in advance to attend all sessions and will be asked to obtain written support from their supervisors. Up to 25 applicants will be selected by members of the MAP Advisory Council for the Program.
