    • Classified Staff Employment
    • Appointed Personnel Employment - includes faculty, administrators, service/academic professionals and postdoctoral research scholars
    • Institutional Equity - includes equal employment opportunity, affirmative action and non-discrimination
    • Arizona Board of Regents Policy # 6-912 - Access to or Disclosure of Personnel Records or Information
    • Nondiscrimination and Anti-harassment Policy - prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, and gender identity
    • Equal Employment Opportunity - employment and advancement opportunities are available to all individuals based on merit, qualifications, and skills, and not based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by law or University policy
    • UA Noncompetitive Selection Policy - describes six limited circumstances where an employee may be appointed without a search, including “Strategic Opportunity Hires”
    • Affirmative Action Plan Placement Goals – result of institutional analysis of the percentage of women and minorities in each job group at the University in comparison to the available labor pool for each job group and may create a placement goal when women or minorities are underrepresented
