Supplemental Retirement Plans (Voluntary 403(b) Plan, Deferred Compensation)

All University of Arizona employees are eligible to participate in these supplemental retirement plans.

Both programs are offered through payroll deduction.  When calculating your annual contribution amount, remember that voluntary deductions, such as these, are only deducted from the first two paychecks of each month.
