1. Search for Jobs
UA Talent Network job postings are listed at UA Career Track in five job categories. Which UA Talent Network (UATN) pool interests you? You can choose one or more from the following: - Administrative / Professional
- Computer & Technology
- Research
- Adjunct Teaching / Instruction
- Trades & Maintenance
You can search for UATN pools by: (1) title (all start with “UA Talent Network”), (2) department (UA Talent Network) or (3) clicking on "Search Postings" in the left-hand navigation bar.
2. Apply for Jobs
Once you have identified your pool of interest in UA Career Track, click "Apply for this position" right from the posting. If you have already saved the UA Talent Network Application, you can make any changes or updates then continue with the application process. If you have not yet completed a UA Talent Network Application, you will be instructed to create one. You will need to answer (1) supplemental questions. (2) attach your résumé, and (3) attach your UATN Skills Inventory.
3. Application Status
In the UA Talent Network application process, your application status only changes once to “Received by Department.” Your application is now part of a university-wide, temporary employment service and can be viewed by all departments. Once a staffing need arises, the hiring department will review application materials and identify the candidates that best fit their business needs.
